Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and Markus Paszek ("we", "us") governing your use of Bike Packer (the "App").
1. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
2. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the App, break the law, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it in a way that harms others. The App is a personal planning tool — the setups, bags and gear you create are private to your account and are not published to other users.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you create and grant us a licence to host and display it solely in order to operate the App for you.
4. Subscriptions
The App is free to use for one setup. Bike Packer Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited setups, duplication and comparison. It is offered as a monthly or yearly plan at the prices shown in the App. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Purchases are processed by Apple; their terms and refund policies apply.
5. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The App is provided "as is" and is a planning aid — you remain responsible for how you actually pack and ride. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damage; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Changes
We'll update the "Last updated" date when these Terms change.
8. Governing law & contact
Governed by the laws of Germany.
